Forté Design and Construction Services Inc. is a Barbados based firm which provides both design solutions and construction services to meet clients every need. If you are looking for something modest and simple or something more complex and elaborate, we have the design and construction skills and experience to make your concepts a reality. The Team Lead
The company is managed by Mr. Henderson Browne, a certified Architectural Technician with over fifteen (15) years of experience in construction and project management in Barbados. Mr. Browne graduated from the Barbados Community College in 1994 with the OTD in Building and Civil Engineering. He has been designing homes, offices, buildings, etc. for over twenty (20) years. Our Managing Director is not only academically trained but has the practical hands-on field experience which is crucial in this industry.
He went on the gain valuable experience in several areas of the construction industry by serving at: –

Our Staff
Forté’s permanent staff includes construction projects/on-site supervisors, other construction personnel, a project manager, a project manager assistant, an office manager, an office administrator, a project administrator, an accounts clerk, an I.T. / social media administrator and a storeroom attendant. The nature of the construction industry requires that staff size fluctuates depending on the projects in hand.
We have established relationships with several sub-contractors who provide services that are not available in house. These subcontractors include:
These professionals allow us to effectively execute any type of project that might be required; even projects which we would not have previously performed.
Our goal is to be able to tackle any project undertaken in an efficient and effective manner, bringing it to a completion on time and within budget.
